CONVEYANCING SECRETARY - STELLENBOSCH

DEVELOPMENTS

R 380 000 CTC Per Annum

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric Essential
Legal secretary/ conveyancing qualification advantageous
Minimum of at least 8-10 years Conveyancing experience
Experience in township and sectional title developments, and different bank sites would be advantageous
Full working knowledge of all MS packages
Experience with Conveyancing packages compulsory g. Ghostconvey, E4, Filesite, Windeed, CMS
All aspects of Conveyancing - specifically Transfer and Bond registration
Attending to all administrative aspects from receiving instruction, opening file, obtaining FICA etc.
Applying to and obtaining municipal rates clearance certificates and transfer duty receipts
Drafting and checking of transfer documents
Attending to signing of transfer documents, registration, preparing of final accounts and despatching documents to clients
Liaising with clients and all other parties involved in the matter
Building relationships
Running and administering own portfolio
Ability to work fast, accurately, efficiently and independently
Ability to take initiative and be proactive
Displays attention to detail with all work
Ability to work under extreme pressure for prolonged periods
Sense of responsibility
Maintaining confidentiality in all matters
Good people skills and team spirit
Excellent client management skills
