SUMMARY:
Our esteemed client in the hardware industry is seeking dynamic and knowledgeable Counter Sales Associates to join their team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for DIY projects, a deep understanding of hardware tools and materials, and a strong ability to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or hardware-related fields is a plus.
Must reside in or around Malelane.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a hardware or DIY environment.
Strong product knowledge of hardware tools and materials, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet sales targets.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using spreadsheets, inventory management systems, and point-of-sale software.
