SUMMARY:
The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support at the counter, assisting customers with their inquiries, and facilitating sales transactions. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate is required.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Proficient in computer usage, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans.
