The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who will manage their CPD activity process, source relevant material and courses, develop CPD activities and course offerings for multiple medical professions and market their services. You will serve as a liaison between the product and the members to achieve the best CPD experience while also assisting with optimizing their online applications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- English (understand, read, write, and speak) and Afrikaans (understand)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team
- Results orientated
- Previous medical industry experience will count in your favour
- Driver’s license
- Two years or more of Customer Service experience
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Office 365 experience
- Microsoft Word and excel
- Basic Moodle Knowledge will be an advantage
- Freshdesk or other Helpdesk ticketing system experience will be beneficial
