POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well-established multifranchised motor dealership is looking for an experienced CRM and Bookings Clerk. You will be responsible for managing all incoming bookings, upselling additional services and ensuring efficient workshop production. In addition to these duties, you will also be required to make outgoing calls to existing customers notifying them of various marketing campaigns for the Service Department. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2-3 years RECENT Bookings experience within a franchised motor dealership, with a stable work history and contactable references.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
2-3 Years RECENT Bookings experience within a franchised dealership
Excellent people and communication skills
Working knowledge of Pinnacle is an advantage but client will accept Evolve, Drive etc.
Ability to up sell.
