CSC Supervisor

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role (preferably within the oil & gas industry).
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

KPAs:

• Ensure pricing is always loaded correctly.
• Providing high level service to customers (internal and external).
• Management of escalated complaints.
• Customer query management and feedback.
