POSITION INFO:
Vacancy for a CS/SR Administrator with a vehicle dealership in Cape Town.
Duties: Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently; Conduct DCS updates and follow up with customers at specified intervals; Perform customer follow-ups to support workshop growth; Capture and update data accurately on Evolve; Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary; Perform general administrative and record-keeping tasks; Complete daily activity reports; Assist with the switchboard during receptionist lunch breaks; Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies; Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a similar administrative or customer service role within the Motor Industry.
- Computer literate.
- Relevant experience in the Motor Industry
- Knowledge of working with automotive system like Evolve.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Clear criminal record.
