Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Meeting with clients, identifying and managing their needs, expectations and requirements.
• Ability to manage and monitor multiple projects from early concept through design development, approval, implementation and completion.
• Manage the procurement of material finishes and specifications.
• Prepare and manage budgets and timelines.
• Track project costs.
• Manage and ensure a detailed project schedule and work plan is prepared and adhered to per project.
• Monitor each project’s performance to continually identify areas for improvement Applying the attain knowledge to ensure economies and efficiencies are realised for future projects of similar brief and complexity.
• Manage and ensure all drawings and documents are prepared and issued for council approval.
• High levels of planning, creativity, imagination and vision.
• Willing to travel frequently locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• BSc Interior Architecture and (BSc Hons preferred subject to experience)
• Matric

Skills

• At least 6 to 8 years’ postgraduate experience.
• Advance competence in computer-aided design (AutoCAD) & (Revit) software essential.
• 3D Modelling and Rendering
• Microsoft Office
