SUMMARY:
Our client in Wierda Park Pretoria (Manufacturing Industry) has an urgent vacancy available for a Customer Care Specialist and Procurement Assistant.

POSITION INFO:

This role will encompass dual responsibilities. It will consist of two primary functions : one focused on client service and quote assistance and the other on procurement. The Customer Care Head will be responsible for managing customer accounts and record, while the Procurement Head will assist with obtaining all materials necessary for production.

CUSTOMER CARE DUTIES:

Customer support
Handling Complaints
Product and Service Knowledge
Processing Orders and Returns
Maintaining Customer Records
Escalating issues
Customer feedback
Building Customer Relationships
Adhering to Policies
Problem Solving
Quoting
All other administrative duties i.e.: Answering phone calls, Managing emails, ensuring all data is up to date on our client’s online data-capturing system etc.

PROCUREMENT DUTIES:

Supplier Sourcing
Contract negotiation
Procurement Strategy
Vendor Relationship Management
Budget oversight
Inventory Management
Compliance and Risk Mitigation
Data Monitoring and Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience
Matric qualification required
Own vehicle necessary
Residing in the Pretoria Area

Working hours : Monday to Friday 07:45 – 16:30
