Key Responsibilities:

• Typing and formatting CVs from various sources into our professional template.
• Uploading CVs and candidate profiles to our ATS, Placement Partner.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and updating candidate information on the system.
• Assisting recruitment consultants by organising candidate details, performing data accuracy checks, and managing CV records.
• Supporting document management by creating, editing, and filing candidate-related documents.
• Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client data.
• Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication between candidates and consultants.

• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Experience with ATS systems (such as Placement Partner) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in data capturing or administration is beneficial but not required.
