Established Law Firm is looking for a Call Centre agent to join their dynamic team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Excellent verbal communication in English plus at least 3 other SA Languages
2 Years' plus experience working in a Call Centre dealing with Banking Collections, Micro loans etc.
Must have experience working in Excalibur
Experience working with DebiCheck an advantange
Must be capable of Collecting R200,000 plus per month
Only candidates with the abovementioned experience will be considered for this position
