Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional sales service to generate business from new and existing clients.
• Contribute to the company’s profitability and growth through effective sales.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills over the phone.
• Utilize probing and questioning techniques to meet client needs and close deals.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and quality assurance.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of financial services products is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage.
• Demonstrated sales behaviors, such as persistence, competitiveness, and handling difficult clients.

• Minimum of 2 years of Call Centre experience, specifically in selling short or long-term insurance.
• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• RE qualification and FAIS compliance (advantageous).
