We are a reputable Financial Services Company based in Westville; Durban, and we are seeking to hire a highly experienced Call Centre sales agent. We invest our time and energy into growing and developing individuals to become the best of the best and to succeed beyond expectations. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, selling and marketing our products. The successful candidate will be a representation of the company making sure quality standards and principles are being adhered to.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge of our product
• Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our products
• Consistently achieving monthly goals
• Willing to push yourself to succeed

Qualifications:
Matric Certificate / NQF Level 4
Minimum 6 months call centre sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Well organised, honest, and reliable
Can work under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and resilient
