Campus Bursar

Job & Company Description:

A well-established, JSE listed conglomerate seeks a Campus Bursar to join one of their schooling brands based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Duties include, but not limited to

Monthly payroll and timesheets

Reviwing budgets and monitoring expenditure

Preparation of annual budgets

Monthly variance analysis

Collate and capture adhoc billing

Reconciliation of billings

Manage and monitor payment plans

Banking

Purchase orders and liasion with suppliers

Monitor and report on monthly charges

Education:

BCom in finance or accounting

Skills & Experience:

5 to 6 years experience in a similar role

Educational industry experience is essential

Pastel working experience is essential

Strong computer literacy

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Someone who are prepared to work extended hours when need be
