SUMMARY:
Our client a Construction Support and Finance provider to small and medium contractors, for Government Projects is seeking to urgently place a Professional SACAP registered Candidate A/E to start immediately:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Project management of project from inception to close out
  • All roles and responsibilities as outlined by SACPCMP (Procap stages)
  • Compilation of professional fee accounts
  • Administration tasks related to projects
  • Willingness to travel on an ad-hoc and frequent basis
  • Attending, chairing and minuting project meetings
  • Knowledge of building elements and providing on-site solutions
  • Coordination and management of a project team
Minimum requirements:
  • Gr.12 / Matric / N3
  • BSc Architecture degree
  • Registration at SACAP the South African Council for the Architectural Profession compulsory
  • Computer literate MS Office, Excel Pivots and Formulas, MS Project or similar and full Adobe Suite skill set
  • Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, JBCC contracts advantageous
  • 2-3 Years’ consecutive A/E Project Management experience in the Infrastructure Construction industry
  • Afrikaans speaking and bilingual in English
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
