The Trainee Manager will ensure that designated branches are run according to company policy.

Duties:

• Help designated branches meet their targets
• Provide support to designated branches to ensure that support is provided when necessary
• Work with your colleagues in a team to ensure branches are meeting required standards
• Supervise team members of branches
• Provide training regarding operations
• Coordinate instore sales & promotions  

Job Experience & Skills Required:

HACCP knowledge is essential

Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role from relevant industry (i.e., Catering, hospitality or food industries)
