Canvasser / Lead Generator

A well established property company based in Cape Town is looking to employ Canvassers / Lead Generators to join their organisation. 

Suitable candidates will be working as part of the sales/rentals team. The Canvasser / Lead Generator will be a vital link in the team and will be responsible for outbound calls, researching potential leads and updating the CRM system. Each Canvasser / Lead Generator will be responsible for generating a minimum of 10 leads per day. This will be achieved by using the  company approved popia compliant database. The Canvasser / Lead Generator will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximise the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook. Adhoc duties will be required from time to time.

Requirements

• Previous B2C (business-to-consumer) experience
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Must be energetic and reliable with a hunger to succeed
• Good Verbal and Written skills
• Must be fully computer literate - (Google Apps)
• Previous CRM experience - (Hubspot)
• Demonstration of energy, ability and commitment demanded by this role
