SUMMARY:
Our client an NGO Organization, based in Johannesburg is looking for a Care Centre Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements

Minimum of five years’ experience in the Hospital Environment
Responsible for the continued well-being of the Organization’s residents including but not limited to direct care and stimulation of residents, medical observations and relevant interventions
Works closely with the Site Manager: DDHH in order to ensure that all care-giving and administrative functions of the Organization run effectively and efficiently
Professionally manages, organises and contributes to the operation of the Organization by ensuring that processes are properly developed and maintained

Qualifications:

Tertiary education, preferably in the Hospital/Medical Industry Code 08 driving lisence with a PDP is required
Having a medical nursing qualification and experience would be advantageous

Health and Safety
Quality
General duties and liaising with the Registered Nurse regarding the daily handover
This is a demanding job and the person needs to be reasonably physically fit and they need to move around the Home every day
