Caregiver

Our rapidly growing clinic works with a large variety of disabilities across the lifespan (children and adults). The team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Speech Therapists, and Dietetics. We are looking for a committed and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our team. We prefer the applicant to have experience with adults and pediatrics, or the willingness to learn and develop in both age groups. You will have exposure to therapists experience Responsibilities Provide assessment and rehabilitation services to adults and children. Liaise with and provide support to families, caregivers, support agencies, and other health disciplines. Assist in the coordination of therapy plans to maximize patient outcomes. Assess and prescribe equipment and modifications. Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goals. Collect data and document processes followed. Skills A passion to provide holistic and person-centered care to individuals and their families. Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually.
