Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Managing and maintaining cashbook records
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Reconciling cashbook entries with bank statements
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Supervising Petty Cash
• Authorising Payments
• Experience with all Banking platforms
• Understanding how bank reconciliations work
• Month end reporting
• Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations

• National Diploma in Bookkeeping
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a finance bank approval role with supervisory experience
