SUMMARY:
CASHBOOK / FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION CLERK (JNB)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receiving of Invoices from all departments and suppliers by required due dates
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly payments including payment reconciliations
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations of payments completed
  • Update daily bank balances for the Group and download bank statements
  • Update daily cashflow
  • Allocation of completed payments to the correct GL codes
  • Monthly capturing of cashbooks in Accpac and balancing of bank reconciliations
  • Fulfill any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities given by your Line Manager
