SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Centre Manager, for a 5 year contract based in East London, Eastern Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Degree in Commerce / Economics / Marketing with MBA advantageous
5+ year experience Senior Management level in similar role

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Provide high end , functional & accessible facility where investors can meet relevant stakeholders
Knowledge point for technical trade & investment enquiries
Management of all partners hosted in the centre
Effective referral support to investors & traders
Implementation of a lead tracking system
Establish & maintain good relations with Trade & Investment agencies & Municipal Investment Agencies
Create / manage relations with embassies & other foreign missions
Build investor confidence
Management of centre’s systems
Management of procurement processes at the centre
Hold regular meetings with staff
Tenant support
Prepare and manage client service plans

Salary: R552 441.00 - R900 000.00 per annum dependent on suitability for the contract duration
