SUMMARY:
Our client in the Building Industry, has an opportunity available for a Centre Manager in the Bloemfontein area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Related tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or a Building Qualification
  • 3 - 5 years’ Sales experience
  • People management Skills
  • Administrative experience (financial as well as stock control)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • JDE will be an added advantage
  • Building and construction industry experience will be an advantage
  • Product knowledge will be an advantage
KPAs:
  • Identify market opportunities and initiate actions
  • Develop these opportunities to ensure that Company grows and maintains market share
  • Foster customer relationships in your centre and the surrounding areas
  • Ensure ongoing customer visibility and promotion/sale of Company products
  • Motivate and develop staff
