Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Qualified Chef to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for culinary arts, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to an innovative and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with company standards
• Ensure food presentation meets the company’s visual and quality standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are stocked and used efficiently
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in menu planning and the development of new recipes
• Oversee kitchen staff, providing training and guidance when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef
• Formal culinary qualifications 
• Exceptional cooking skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Creative and innovative approach to cooking
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
