What We're Looking For:

Harbour House Hotel in the beautiful location of Hermanus has a position for a Chef De Patrie to join their team of extraordinary kitchen team.

What Is Required:

As a Chef De Patrie, you will be a vital to assisting in the preparation, production and presentation of food as set out by the company’s standards. You will ensure that dedicated tasks are executed timelessly and to the best of your abilities and assisting with daily tasks associated with running a kitchen.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position.
• Culinary Qualifications essential
• Experience in luxurious/fine dining essential
• Familiar with all legislature and amendments with regards to the Kitchen
