We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie who ensures our guests receive world-class service, award winning cuisine and memorable experiences at our conference & events, room service, bars, restaurants and lounge.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible ensuring that the culinary service standards are met, conduct training with commi and demi chefs to meet the standards, ensure service is run efficiently and monitor and maintain the guest experience by ensuring that every one of our guests receive personalised attention and experiences every time.
Requirements:
− Culinary-related Tertiary Qualification (advantageous)
− Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role in a busy, up-market establishment
− Work various shifts
− Work across multiple kitchens and outlets
Competencies:
- Neat and professional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent culinary knowledge
- Product knowledge of hotels, competitor’s, and the city.
- Team leadership / mentorship
- Food and Hygiene safety
