An established Wine Farm in Franschhoek area is seeking to employ an experienced Chef de Partie to commence duties a.s.a.p.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Excellent culinary skills
Impeccable health and hygiene standards
Formal training from an accredited college
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
2-3 years practical experience working in a kitchen
