SUMMARY:
Our client a well-established Game Lodge is urgently looking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

This is a live in position.

3 years’ experience in a chef de Partie position in a lodge environment.
Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure.
Must have grade 12.
Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable.
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to create, cost and maintain recipes.
Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:.

The candidate will also be required to maintain and implement hygiene standards
Assist with stock take.
Create and maintain recipes.
Ensuring that breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared for guests.
