Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless daily operations, from box office and concessions to screenings.
• Maintain equipment, oversee maintenance schedules, and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement processes to keep the cinema running efficiently.

• Train and lead your team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally, turning challenges into wins.
• Gather and act on guest feedback to continuously enhance the cinema experience.

• Recruit, train, and inspire a motivated team of cinema enthusiasts.
• Conduct team meetings and celebrate successes to maintain morale.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare financial reports.
• Set and achieve revenue targets, ensuring profitability.
• Identify creative strategies to boost ticket and concession sales.

• Drive foot traffic through innovative marketing campaigns and events.
• Partner with community groups to promote special screenings and group bookings.
• Manage social media content to engage with local audiences.

• Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree in Business, Hospitality, Film Studies, or related fields (advantageous).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, restaurant, or bar management.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems, with financial reporting skills.
• Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Marketing Insight: Experience or interest in event planning and community engagement.
