An established client in the insurance industry is seeking an experienced Claims Clerk to manage Heavy Commercial Vehicle claims. The role also includes handling commercial and domestic claims to a lesser extent. Based in Essenwood, Durban

Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management:

• Handle claims for Heavy Commercial Vehicles.
• Process commercial and domestic claims when necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely claims processing.

• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Provide updates to clients regarding their claims status.

• Maintain detailed records of all claims and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management.

• Work independently without supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims processing.
• Proven track record in handling Heavy Commercial Vehicle claims.
• Minimum qualification of NQF level 4 in short-term insurance.
• Completed Regulatory Examination (RE) exam.
• Must have own transport.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be a qualified representative.
• Provide the last 5 salary payment advices.
• Ability to work alone without supervision.
