SUMMARY:
Well established High Quality Wholesale Company is looking for an Experienced Client Service Administrator to join their team in the Brooklyn Area of Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

DUTIES

Undertake administrative duties, e.g. setting up of meetings, preparing presentation material for meetings, meeting minutes etc.
Assist the projects manager with organizational administration daily.
Maintain and present various reports where required.
Maintain and update client databases on CRM system.
Update statistics from online portals.
Research & updating projects in various stages - this includes dealing with professionals in the industry.
Managing marketing stock control for projects department.
Handling telephonic enquiries and enquiries through various brand websites.
Registering of brand product warranties.
Assisting with marketing digital material to client base.
Managing leads provider queries and feedback.
Any other related duties which may be requested by management from time to time.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

In possession of a Grade 12 certificate.
A tertiary qualification in business administration or customer service/relations will be advantageous
Experience of three years or more in a similar role.
Able to read, write and communicate in both English and Afrikaans fluently.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Good time management skills & communication.
Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving, and adaptability in a team-based environment.
Good telephonic mannerisms.
Must have his/her own transport
