Our client is looking for a Client Service Consultant in Sandton

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity is opening at an Insurance Company based in Bryanston, Sandton.  We are looking for a Client Service Consultant to join the team.
 
Interact with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to client queries.
Update and maintain client records in the company internal system.
Maintain an understanding of company offerings and processes.
May be required to work unusual hours on occasion to assist at business events.
Administrative tasks as required.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of a Tertiary Education
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English, ideally with fluency in Setswana or Zulu
Experience working in a client service role
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
