SUMMARY:
Seeking a Clinical Auditor with QA/QC knowledge in a hospital setting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assessment of patient files on admission processes, Nursing notes and release files.
  • Monthly reports on assessments done on the patient
  • Reporting to the DNSM
  • Relieve ward stock controllers
  • DOH Statistics compilation
  • Date capturing for IPC
  • Data capturinmg and graph presentation of audits, complaints, incidents etc.
  • Assist with closing and filing of icidents and complaints
  • Assist with updating hospital policies and procedures
  • Assist with documents control and updating

Education

  • Grade 12
  • Qualifications as an EN, ENA or internal ward Clerk, Stock Controller 
  • Strong Clinical experience
  • Computer literate (Clinic, Email, Excel, MS Word)
  • Strong Admin skills
