Clothing Boutique Store - Retail Consultant

A prominent Clothing Boutique in Menlyn, Pretoria is looking for a Retail Consultant; viz. someone who is absolutely passionate about Retail and Clothing and who is able to work completely independently.

Limited hours per week contract offered initially (minimum of 3 full working days).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Retail Store Management experience is essential!
• Ability to work retail hours and weekends
• Ability to work completely independently
• Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
• Strong Computer Skills
• Very well-presented
• Well-spoken, with excellent communication skills
• Excellent Organisational Skills

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Operations:

• Daily Shop Opening and Closing
• Day-to-Day Operations
• Merchandising and Housekeeping
• Payments Recon
• Reporting to Owner

Customers:

• Managing customer relationships
• Ability to sell boutique clothing 
• Ability to upsell and cross sell
• Ability to increase retail basket size / value
