SUMMARY:
Ballito - A leading clothing manufacturer supplying leading retailers is looking for a Clothing Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials essential for production.

POSITION INFO:
Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and similar tools.
Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, clothing, or retail coordination role is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Coordination:

Engage with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and items required by the factory.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery delays or issues.

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding orders, updates, and inquiries.
Maintain clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Factory Support:

Coordinate resources to meet factory operational needs.
Ensure the smooth flow of items and information between departments to prevent production delays.
