Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming queries from clients.
• Ensure accurate information is captured in the systems (Tracker and ADA).
• Verify the completeness of the client’s file to prevent future issues.
• Address any incomplete files or issues promptly or escalate them to your supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their payments.
• Handle queries received through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Handle objections from clients intending to cancel the program.
• Resolve queries comprehensively to retain clients.
• Collect outstanding documents from clients (e.g., ID and payment records).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with debt review software (e.g., Finwise).
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multilingual skills are advantageous.
