SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Collections Clerk to assist with collections of monies on behalf of the company

POSITION INFO:

This position is based in Airport Industrial Western Cape and only candidates based in Western Cape will be considered.

Update the Debtors Book

Maintain a 30 day Debtors Book

Contacting clients iro Collection of Payments

Action non paying clients - immobilize and collection of vehicles

Follow up and diarise payments arrangements

Updating client information

Follow up debit order returns

Receive cash payments

Allocation of payments to the correct client accounts

Balancing the monthly reconciliation of Debtors

Additional duties

Reception - as required

General Admin office duties

Experienced Debt collections

Well organised

Computer literate (especially Excel)

Code 08 Drivers License

Working Hours

Weekdays 8:00 - 17:00

Every 2nd Saturday 9:00 - 12:00 (if required)
