Key Responsibilities

As a Collections Specialist, you will:

• Manage the firm's collections process, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and client interactions.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes while preserving the firm's reputation.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with collection laws and internal policies.
• Analyze collections performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and contribute to streamlining operations.

Requirements

• Education: A relevant qualification in Finance (advantageous).
• Experience: 4+ years in collections, credit control, or a related role.

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collections/CRM software.
