SUMMARY: The Command Centre Operator will report to the Command Centre Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’• Ensure that the Command Centre is fully operational and efficient• Handle and resolve Staff and Client Complaints• Carry out duties and tasks as per the Command Centre Job Description• Ensure that the primary function of the Command Centre is always upheld• Must be able to multi-task from CCTV monitoring, to answering telephone calls in the Command Centre and• issuing access reference numbers• Camera monitoring• Client Liaison• Report Writing• Incident Report Writing• Incident Management• Roster Monitoring• Report to Senior Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:• Matric Certified• Grade C PSIRA Registered• Fluent in both written and spoken English and isiZulu• Solid Computer Proficiency• International Call Centre or Security Control Room experienceADVANTAGES:• Completed Tertiary Studies• Strong additional P.C. Skills• Payroll /Data Capture experience• Any other operational experience
