Location: Table View (Covering Surrounding Areas, Century City & CBD)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings & negotiate leasing terms
• Advise clients on market conditions & property values
• Draft lease agreements & sales contracts
• Build and manage relationships with tenants & landlords
• Identify new business opportunities
• Stay updated on market trends

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Office & Retail Property Sales and Leasing
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
