SUMMARY:
Our client in the Construction industry is looking to employ a Commercial Assistant, based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric Certificate - with mathematics.
Bilingual.
Roofing experience - advantageous.
Technical background required.

Responsibilities:

Managing documents and files: Organizing and maintaining documents, records and quotation files both electronically and physically, to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and easy retrieval.
Supporting sales activities: Assisting with sales-related tasks such as preparing quotes, tracking sales leads and managing of key accounts which includes following up of payments etc.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders: Coordinating with other departments, clients, vendors and internal sales representatives on behalf of the commercial director to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Providing administrative support: Performing general administrative tasks which may include delivering of goods to customers and attending meetings with clients.
