SUMMARY:
A well-established company in Centurion is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

2 - 3 years’ experience in Internal Sales or Sales Administration
Matric or equivalent qualification
Post Matric qualification advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Valid driver’s license and reliable car

Duties:

Assist customers with inquiries, providing cost-saving advice to drive market growth and secure loyalty
Process sales orders in the ERP system
Coordinate with production and planning to ensure timely manufacturing of products
Update customers on sales order status and notify them when ready for collection
Manage forecast orders from customers and communicate any changes to production
Generate and issue picking slips in the ERP system
Process sales invoices and submit them to the finance department
For C.O.D. customers, handle pro-forma invoices, deposit and final payments
Prepare and send quotations with Commercial Manager approval, maintaining cost models
Update sales price lists and notify customers monthly
Manage filing requirements
Support the Commercial Manager in daily tasks
Travel regularly to visit domestic customers
