Duties and Responsibilities:

Efficiently process and manage commercial lines non-motor claims
Investigate and assess the validity of claims
Negotiate settlement amounts and payments with clients and third parties
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to expedite claim resolutions

Qualifications:

RE 5, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric, Class of Business - Personal Lines

Skills:

Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, sound decision-making capabilities
