Commercial Truck Finance and Insurance Specialist, Durban, Rneg+ Ben

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Non negotiable is experience in COMMERCIAL TRUCKS F & I
• B Com degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with accounting as a core subject.
• 5 years of experience in insurance, asset financing, credit evaluation, bad debt collection, and contract administration.
• FAIS compliance is required
• FICA and Risk Grading
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

The job aims to maximize income for the dealership through vehicle finance and sales of approved finance and value-added products, manage financial or insurance-related aspects of the buying process, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Manage financial and insurance income, budget, sales objectives
• Advise customers on finance-related issues.
• Manage retail debtors and provide marketing service support.
• Excellent customer service
• Maintaining good working relations with dealers, sales managers, and finance and insurance companies.
• Intensive travel and is subject to TCD working conditions.
