We are looking for a Commercial and Tax Law Attorney for a well established law firm based in Pretoria East.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: an LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Professional Status: Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in good standing with the Legal Practice Council.
• Experience: a minimum of 7 years of post-article experience with proven expertise in Commercial law and Tax Litigation, the candidate should possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Electronically proficient.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client and team interactions.
• Approach: A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management.

• Offer legal advice in Commercial law and Tax litigation.
• Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions and brief in High Court and Tax Court matters.
• Research and Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research, ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront.
• Collaborative Solutions: Partner with a team of top-notch legal professionals to develop and ensure efficient solutions.
