SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing expert financial advice.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including investment, insurance, and other financial products.
• Stay up to date with financial regulations, market trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customized solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s client base.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• RE5 certification (Regulatory Exam for Representatives).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial sales, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including investments, insurance, and wealth management.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience using CRM software and digital sales tools is an advantage.
