Job Duties:

• Compile project plans for member communication to ensure timely completion of communication projects
• Identify and plan for potential new engagement opportunities
• Research and gather information from subject matter experts and internal divisions regarding relevant matters
• Conduct proper research to determine suitable communication channels
• Compile specifications for data sets per communication action aimed at specific member groups
• Formulate and create content for various platforms
• Compile briefings for graphic designers and events coordinator
• Draught, edit, and translate documents, website content, and system-generated communication
• Proofread and edit all member documents and Member Zone content
• Provide weekly reports to senior management on activities

Required Qualifications:

• A relevant three-year tertiary qualification

Education:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Communication, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in communication, public relations, journalism and content creation

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in researching and gathering information
• Experience in content creation and editing
• Must have a drivers license

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role/hybrid with occasional requirement for off-site meetings or events
• Full-time position with standard working hours
• May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
