SUMMARY:
Main focus will be dealing with various platforms and communication with all customer queries.

POSITION INFO:

If you are tech savvy, enjoy working in a busy sales environment dealing with customer queries and requests.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Matric with relevant experience and/or qualification
Communicate with customers provide updates and resolve andy queries or issues
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices and availability
Monitor and follow up on all communications (email & WhatsApp & telephone)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Strong administration skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills - both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively
High level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent computer skills
Keen eye for detail and sticking to procedures
Well spoken and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
