SUMMARY:
Forester Vacancy Available! Our leading client in the Forestry industry is looking to employ a Community Forester to join their dynamic team in the Eastern Cape (Ugie)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description: 

  • Maintain and protect new forestation assets together with trust appointed manager and administrator
  • Adhere to all environmental, conservation legislation
  • Give technical advice in line with NECF Silviculture manual
  • Risk/Safety/FSC requirements together with the trust appointed manager and administrator
  • Liaise function between ECRDA and Community Trust
  • Supervisor and labour development/management
  • Monthly administration checks with trust appointed manager and administrator

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Forestry
  • 1 year Community Forester experience
