Community Manager – Remote

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Freelance Community Manager to oversee and engage with online audiences across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering brand-consumer relationships.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Manage & engage with brand communities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments, inquiries, and mentions
Implement engagement strategies that enhance brand loyalty and advocacy
Work with content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging & tone
Analyse engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize community interactions
Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations & brand partnerships
Stay updated on social media trends and evolving audience behaviours
Assist in crisis management, proactively addressing potential brand concerns

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management
Strong knowledge of social media platforms & analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple brand communities efficiently
Understanding of brand engagement strategies & influencer marketing
Experience in global or multicultural audience engagement is a plus
